Third grade is a year of discovery, independence, and growing responsibility. As students tackle more complex concepts and make connections across subjects, they become thoughtful readers, capable problem-solvers, and confident learners. Every lesson—from exploring ancient civilizations and our solar system to solving multiplication problems and investigating scientific phenomena—helps prepare students for continued success in the years ahead.
English Language Arts: Students strengthen reading, writing, vocabulary, and communication skills while exploring engaging literature, history, science, and cultures from around the world.
Math: Students build confidence in multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, measurement, and data analysis through real-world problem-solving and hands-on learning.
Science: Students investigate motion, matter, water, climate, and living things through observation, experimentation, and scientific inquiry.
Social Studies: Students explore world geography by studying diverse regions, landforms, and cultures while discovering how geography shapes people and communities.
