Menus and Nutrition

Menus

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a federally subsidized initiative that provides nutritionally balanced, no-cost or low-cost meals to children in  public and nonprofit private schools. Administered by the United States Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service, the program ensures students receive approximately one-third of their daily requirements for calories, protein, and essential vitamins through meals that meet specific federal nutrition standards.
