Intra-District Transfer Requests
For West Bend School District Residents
K-5 students will be enrolled in their designated attendance area school per the WBSD School Attendance Area Map. High school students are assigned to East or West High School in accordance with School Board Policy #432.
Intra-District Transfers (K-5): Parents/guardians may request enrollment outside their designated elementary school attendance area school by submitting an Intra-District/School Choice Request by early March of the school year prior.
High School Assignments: Eighth grade students receive their high school assignment letter in December. At that time, families may request a transfer to the alternate high school.

Please Note: Final approval is granted by the Superintendent or designee in collaboration with building principals.
Transportation to a non-designated school is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Non-Residents of the WBSD
If you do not currently reside in the West Bend School District and are not currently enrolled through the Open Enrollment program, please fill out an open enrollment application. The open enrollment application period is February 2, 2026 to 4 p.m. on April 30, 2026.
